#22 – A Lesson on Non-Violent Communication with Yan Patsenko 

 

Todays guest is Yan Patsenko. Yan is a Russian / Ukrainian artist, language teacher and practitioner of non violence. 

He is launching a project called People of Ahimsa, dedicated to peace advocacy, which aims to provide a forum for Russians and Ukrainians to meet, talk and share resources to facilitate a collective conversation and bridge the divide between ordinary people. 

Today we discuss the true meaning of non-violence and discuss tactics for living a more peaceful and fulfilling life through non-violent communication.
